Soraesan Maaesang

Location : Soraesan(Mountain), San 140-3 Daeya-dong, Siheung
Siheung Soraesan Maaesang is the largest stone Buddha carved in a rock wall in Soraesan Mountain. The Buddha is wearing a lotus shaped crown, and the inside of the crown is decorated with arabesque patterns. The atmosphere around is very solemn, the Buddha has a round face, big eyes, nose and mouth, and big droopy ears. It also has three wrinkles around his neck, each representing the three Buddhist morals.
